County Admin Pat Bean is required to give an annual update on “The State of the County.
I think she might be in trouble with the BOCC this year. We all know most commissioners can’t stand porn. And it seems to me the video she made sounds like one ass-kiss after another.
Every day I lean closer to supporting the County Mayor idea.

This really is the best argument for a new form of government in Hillsborough, whatever it is. All this time I thought Pat Bean wanted to be Mayor, when she really wants to be Coach.
Thanks, Pat, for confirming my theory about your sanity. All the other counties also want to thank you for all the hours of entertainment and allowing them to say, “well, things could be worse, look what’s happening in Tampa!”

I love how Bean’s goal is to “make Hillsborough the best county government in the nation.”

Smitty, don’t know where you “come from” but it’s obviously not from a job where you employment can end on a whim of the 7 dwarfs. I guess maybe you had a job where you didn’t tell your boss his baby was ugly to his face let alone on TV and in the media. Of course maybe you just never ha a job….let alone one of this magnitude. Just remember that whem Ms. Bean talks about the best County she is talking about the 6500 people she is responsible for. Not the Sheriff, not the Clerk, not the other Constitutional offices let alone the Board Of County Commissioners. If you really listeestened to what was said or shown you wouldn’t make such an uniformend remark. Best county govermment under Bean doens’t inlcude the best County Commission. Just remember that several of the BOCC members are there because they were RE elected. Their constituants get what they voted for and……….re voted for.
